Our 2026 Eco-Family-Fair is free and open to the public. All inquiring vendors must submit an application.

The fee is $40 for the standard 6ft table with chair, with an early bird discount of half-off/$20 for those applying before April 15. There is no application fee, the vendor fee will only be charged to those applicants that are approved to secure their spot. We are committed to keeping vendor fees low for those with a focus on environmental and ethical standards.

While we subsidized vendors through grant funds from the city in prior years, in 2026 we are relying on support from within our local neighbourhood.

Fill out our short application by clicking on the button at the top of this page. The application is brief and intended to assess how integral environmental standards are to your product. There is no fee associated with the application. Vendors that have participated with us before will receive a direct email once the application link is live.

The volunteers at Green Liberty Village work with our vendors to arrange guest parking in a nearby condo, which requires advanced planning.

There is also a Metro Supermarket very close to the park that has a parking lot, though you would have to ensure you validate.

The fair is located in the park with limited canopy cover. We do not currently have a suitable indoor option, our park permit allows for a rain date on the following day, Sunday June 7th.
