Liberty Village Eco-Fair Saturday May 16, 2026
Thank you for making our 2025 Eco-fair a success and a celebrates community and families!
In 2025 our theme was celebrating families. Liberty Kids daycare generously donated a toddler play space.
We support small, local, sustainability minded creatives and entrepreneurs that bring low-waste, low-emissions, often handmade, products to the market. We’ve charged no fees to qualifying vendors thanks to generous grants and sponsors including the City of Toronto and, DECIEM, the Abnormal Beauty Company.
Missed the eco-fair? Interested in greening your holiday shopping? Scroll down to see participating vendors from our last eco-fairs.
Stay tuned, we’ll be back in 2026 with more!!

FAQs

Our 2025 Eco-Family-Fair is free and open to the public. Vendor fees are waived for those vendors that have a focus on environmental and ethical standards. This includes use of tables and chairs. We are able to subsidize these costs with the support of a Local Leadership Grant from the City of Toronto and generous sponsorship from Deciem.

Fill out our short application by clicking on the button at the top of this page. The application is brief and intended to assess how integral environmental standards are to your product. If you are accepted, no vendor fees are charged.

Yes! You’ll get first dibs on the ice cream and a free DECIEM product.

The volunteers at Green Liberty Village work with our vendors to arrange guest parking in a nearby condo, which requires some advance notice.
There is also a Metro Supermarket very close to the park that has a parking lot, though you would have to ensure you validate.
-
The fair is located in the park with limited canopy cover. While we do not have a suitable indoor option, our park permit allows for a rain date on the following day, Sunday September 14th.

I’m glad you asked!! We are working on a way to share our lessons learned and resources with others who wish to support eco-fairs in other neighborhoods around the GTA. Please reach out if you’d like to start a community ecofair or you’d like to help with creating a shared resource.
